The buttons on the Logitech Wingman Cordless are laid out almost exactly like N64 it's shaped differently and has 2 analog sticks and a throttle but it works out beautifully...the only drawback is it takes 4 AA batteries...

id say goin with like a 20 buck attachment to the n64 controller to attach it to the comp is better
