ok my only thoughts on this are these. these maybe valuable if your trying to rip a game the provide new (?) theries to the scene. ok ive read most of these posts and a couple of sites. People say the comp reads the GC disks as audio i have a couple of theries on this. the protection nintendo uses is tricky if it reads it as an audio cd so that means theres gotta be sumthin that leads it to belive its an audio cd. Maybe a audio track?? is there any cd readers that dont read audio cds??? if so we need to try that. not sure about that though it might be OS that reads the cd. also maybe when the modem comes out we can get it to transfer data to the pc as it reads the disk? it work with 1 system maybe 2. Is there a way to turn off reading audio cds??? maybe if you do that it will. what if its like a proposed copy protection thing from sony where it puts a data track on the cd so comps will think its data what if nintendo did a total flip on that because the Gc doesnt even try to read audio so itll skip reading that and itll read the data??? i hope these could help any 1 trying.
