Gamecube file what size should it be?

HI, I have read on this site that some people get a file size of about 750mb when they rip using clonecd and some get like 1.5GB. Which is right? does anyone know? When I ripped 007 my file size was like 1599 MB. I burnt it using overburn(Probably wouldn't work anyway). But I got no errors during the reading or writing.....any info or LINKS ( I will read if you dont have time) would be appreciated.....thanks
