First of all, read the following info carefully!

This is one of the conversions, that need many customizes by end user (you), because each language has a huge amount of registry lines and this is the point. For each language this is too much work for me by finish this conversion alone. Customizes are i.e. Game paths, Game titles, language ID's and some more. You will see this all in the Script. So before you go to make this conversion (and if you have already installed Sims 3 on your pc), go to your registry and keep your eyes open for Sims 3 language ID's, Game titles and so on and note this somewhere and paste these in the installer script.

And please, follow the instructions exactly to prevent errors or something else.

1. Install Sims 3 + All expansions + latest Patch on your PC (Note 1), then go to your registry
2. The paths where

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sims
= Language entries #1 (note your lang) (i.e. de_DE = german)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Electronic Arts\EA Core\Installed Games

These folders and files would be needed by Sims 3 to update the game when a new Patch come out. Size ~1,8GB

4. Go to game folder and delete all Setup files from Origin/EA Download Manager

5. Open InstallerScript.iss and read the Note at the start of Script carefully.

6. Work through all points, especially in [Registry] section (hope you note your languages, read start of this topic)

7. And dont forget to write your own serials at #3 in [Registry] section

8. When you are done, compile script and wait for finish

Test this conversion before you do something stupid (like burn on DVD)!

Well 14+ expansions and all extras be done with this will it then as it a lot of data to go through to do that to the 8 discs ??

Yes, but if you add extra stuff (see start of script) 8xDVD5 is not guaranteed anymore (depending on size of extra stuff)

Well that answers that then and could it be changed to go dvd9 instead ??

A lot of reg entries after and I made this work like a charm!

I create a main folder called "The Sims 3 Deluxe" to compress base game + all addons and DLCs

Then I have the following structure folder:

X:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Deluxe\

Inside this there are the game base and all DLCs folders.

I compressed too Electronic Arts folder from My Documents and all InstallShield folders.
I forgot to exclude Support folders.

So, I got 7 DVDs:

DVD1 = 4.37 GB
DVD2 - DVD6 = 4.35 GB
DVD7 = 491 MB

I'll share my installScript from The Sims 3 Brazilian Portuguese (Português do Brasil) if somebody wants to use.
Only thing to do is to change the serials in Serial Section (XXXXX values to your keys).
