Question need help to back up Transformers 2

Has anyone used the DVDSmith Movie Backup program?
I've been using this free program for over a year, and never have a problem to backup dvd movies. But, recently it crashes every time i try to back up Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen to hard drive.
any help or suggestion will be highly appreciated.
