I got the cheats, but why can't buy the 1st class ship. Igot the skillz but I don't have at display in shipyard to buy better ships. I tried various islands?????!!!!

what is the purpose of the inca temple? is there any mission related to it? the door on the top of the temple is locked. can this be opened somehow?
