Divine Divinity Trainer?

I was given divine D. to use. I like to cheat a little so I got a trainer. I have no idea how to activate the options. there is a number next to what you want to happen, down at the bottom it says launch game. How do you choose the options?

2. Which trainer are you talking about; you think you describe vaguely how the trainer looks like and expect us to recognize the trainer?!
