Which shouldn't be hard:

Choose the files to compress (All but the language files)
Regarding the lang files: You be remove them from your backup with no prejudice to install itself; They'll be just "skipped".
It happened with all and every PES game I've tested. Just for fun, I've "transformed" the GER-FR version into "PT-BR only".
compress them with FreeArc's SFX commands.
Adding the "Unpack" command for the SFX can be a little tricky. So, try the PES 2009 conversion to 1xDVD5 done by Mondragon (http://fileforums.com/showthread.php?t=84955), and the commandlines can be gotten here (http://fileforums.com/showpost.php?p=396369&postcount=1) - See the [Run] Section to get the needed command lines)
and replace the compressed ones with dummy files.



It was always that way in PES titles. =X

I used the method in the first post (Multi2), moved the dt00_e.img,
and replaced the msi but the installer didn't copy the English text & commentary...
I tried to remove the GER and FR language but the setup keeps asking the both instead of the English files.

there is a way but it invloves installing the game, lets pick fr, then using your english files replace them with the french ones. You'll have to rename the english ones to match the french ones. The only downside is you have to remember that ANY updates for the game will mean extracting the files & replacing the french names with the english ones. Way too much work.

post what you have in your region.inf file.put the text between [..code] [../code] ( without the 2 .. I had to put them there so they would show up for you.

cover.stalker, the main problem is that! :)
The autorun need a file for english version (1033.mst).

In the Launchers folder, the subfolders you see are the "helps" of the autorun. (you could solve it with a trick.. just copy one of the two existing folders and rename it with "en-US" label! But remember the "Help section" of the autorun will be in French or in German (depending on the folder that you copy and rename))

The last point is to edit region.inf like this
en-US;fr-FR;de-DE

But, then again, you need the file 1033.mst (is the same of the demo version, then at most you can recover it from the demo version :p)

also included is the 1033.mst file & launcher folder for en-GB, those can be added directly to the root of the dvd.

no, its hard enough to get these working for 2xdvd5. If you cant appreciate the work it takes to make them dvd5 compatable, then burn it to dvd9.
