Dead Rising 2 (DVD9 to 2x DVD5) *Multi 5* *INNO SETUP*

1) Install the game from DVD9

2) Extract "Dead_Rising_2_2xDVD5.7z" contents (you need at least 14 gb of free space)

3) Copy from DVD9 to 'Dead Rising 2\Compiled\DR2_2' folder, the following folders:

VCRedist
GFWL
DirectX

4) Launch compile.bat & wait...

5) Burn or mount ISOs in 'compiled' folder

If the script doesn't detect your game folder (weird :confused:), modify it as follows:
delete the rows from 2 to 5 and change the first row to:
#define SourcePath "YOURGAMEFOLDERPATH\"

conversion work great:D sry for my last post , if you have a probleme when launching the game (crash) You need set audio 48 000 Hz (DVD quality audio output) in windows control panel! ;)

it would seem that this strange error occurs when don't use compression,
try to change:

compression = none to compression= lzma2/fast

However, the error doesn't affect the installation.

Changed compression to lzma2/fast and no more Out of system resources error during installation.

and its posible to make it dvd5 ready, the problem is the install time will be mess up extreme

take a look at the size of the installed game. Then try to compress that with freearc & see what size archive you end up with.. HUGE!!! so videos will need to be recompressed / downsampled, & depending on how many there are, then you decide..

to downsample 6 videos depending on size can take half day per video, or longer.
