From Installshied 16.0.0.400, Iscab.exe will not be supported.

Now how would it be possible to repack the cabs of game installers created with Installshield 16.0.0.400 or above? (For example POP: Forgotten Sands)

Is there any other tool available for this purpose?

Don't now about any tool to do editing, but i wanted to mention that there is a conversion for POP: Forgotten Sands on this forum. For this the author used IScab 15 - See conversion to 1xdvd5 - http://www.fileforums.com/showthread.php?t=89792
