1) Make 'temp' folder

2) Copy DVD9 contents to 'temp' folder

3) Extract & overwrite 'TWFC_1xDVD5.7z.001-005' archives contents to 'temp' folder:

5) Install the game from DVD9, launch FREEARC browse game's folder & select all files in 'CookedPC' folder

Output archive: TWFC
Compression: -mx -ld1600m

6) Move 'TWFC.arc' to 'temp'

7) Edit setup.ini :

8) Burn or make ISO with label name 'TWFC_DVD'

Could you please put a screenshot of FreeArc settings. I did the same settings as you said and tried 2 times in Windows XP. The FreArc archive bigger then expected. So it is not fit to DVD5. My TWFC.arc is 3.51 GB with settings u wrote.

You need at least 2 gb of system ram. The level of compression depends of the amount of RAM installed

The archive for french conversion is a bit larger than english one,however it does fit on dvd5
