1: Make temp Folders Split_1 Split_2

2: Copy all files and folders to Split_1

3: Now Move data2.cab to Split_2

4: Copy the following files to Split_2

AUTORUN.INF
icons ( folder)
directx (folder)



5: FOR Split_2 edit autorun.inf just like below:

LABEL="Split/Second"
OPEN=0
ICON=Icons\SplitSecond.ico



6: Burn or make iso with same label names of temp folders

7: Install Sequence DVD1 - DVD2 - DVD1

DVD1 => 2.84 gb
DVD2 => 4.14 gb

Tested and works Win7 Ultimate x64

yes, move data1.cab, data1.hdr and data2.cab to dvd1 folder and move '\Data' folder to dvd2 folder

-copy- all the other files to dvd2 folder except setup.exe and setup.ini

edit autorun.inf on dvd2 like above in senseman's post

dvd1 will have to burn in ISO/UDF format

should install as dvd1, dvd2, launch

this is a good game

Split Second (DVD9 to 2x DVD5) Multi 5 *PROPER*

Install sequence: DVD1-DVD2

1) Make temp folders:

SPLIT_SECOND_1
SPLIT_SECOND_2

2) Copy all contents of DVD9 to 'SPLIT_SECOND_1'

3) Extract & overwrite 'Split_Second_2xDVD5.7z' contents to 'SPLIT_SECOND_1'

4) Launch repack.bat & wait...

5) Burn or make isos with same label names of temp folders

copy again From DVD9
try again

finaly i solved the probleme my self

i just changed this line in "setup.ini" like this

CheckMD5=Y
to
CheckMD5=N

and it's install like charme

i got same error for me. xpsp3
i fix the problem
delete all folders Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information
copy file FirewallInstallHelper.dll to WINDOWS\system32
