Someone just please tell me what this patch does....real quick answer.....there is a patch for 18 Wheeler Pro Trucker American that says it:
"will allow you to burn the second session at a start lba of 11702 instead of 11700"
Do I need this patch??

Also, is there any way to use the Sega Movie Creator on Windows 2000, even though Win 2000 isn't supported?
