How to rip using the DC-Tool from andrewK? [Archive]

Please!!!
Does somebody know how to rip using the DC-Tool from andrewK which is supposed to be faster than the Marcus Tool?

lol.... ripping speed is limited by the 115K serial.. .has nothing to do w/ the uploader program you use
