1- Creat 2 folders: PROTOTYPE and PROTOTYPE_2

2- Copy all files and folders DVD9 to PROTOTYPE

3- Move following files from PROTOTYPE\Setup\Data to PROTOTYPE_2\Setup\Data

4. Extract & overwrite Prototype.7z contents to PROTOTYPE folder

5- Copy autorun.inf file from PROTOTYPE to PROTOTYPE_2

Copy file Prototype.ico from PROTOTYPE\Setup\rsrc to PROTOTYPE_2

6: Edit Autorun.inf in PROTOTYPE_2 folder to like this

7: Burn or make iso's with same label names of temp folders

i did it like this:

the only files on second disk (i mean large files, excluding autorun.ini & prototype.ico) are:

00woi.rcf
01woi.rcf
cells.rcf
movies.rcf

i renamed second dvd PROTOTYPE- (first dvd is labeled PROTOTYPE)
so the .msi looks like this:

1) Create temp folders

'temp\Proto_1'
'temp\Proto_2'

2) Copy DVD9 content to 'temp\Proto_1'

3) Move:

'00woi.rcf-03woi.rcf' files from 'temp\Proto_1\Setup\data\' to 'temp\Proto_2\Setup\Data\'

files from 'temp\Proto_1' to 'temp\Proto_2'

4) Copy:

'temp\Proto_1\Setup\rsrc' folder to 'temp\Proto_2\Setup\'

'DirectX & Docs' folders from 'temp\Proto_1\' to 'temp\Proto_2\'

5) Create autorun.inf in 'temp\Proto_2':

6) Extract and overwrite edited 'Prototype.msi' to 'temp\Proto_1'

7) Burn or make isos with labels 'PROTOTYPE_1' and 'PROTOTYPE'

DVD2 size 3.77 gb

do you mean i should name disk2 as PROTOTYPE? if so, what label should i put to disk1?

Disk1 -> PROTOTYPE_1
Disk2 -> PROTOTYPE
