Problem with The Sims 2

When I Start The Sims 2 Appartmentlive, I get this error 2 times.

I click on Ok and the game starts normal. But when I see the title screen (The Sims 2 Appartmentlive), the game won't load. :confused: I've reinstalled The Sims 2 Appartmentlive and I removed it, but it doesn't have any effect, I still get that error.
Can someone help me please? :confused:

reinstall c++ libraries.

And also EA is your next stop to help you with this problem. Have you not asked them yet?
