Hello, in France, Internet is very expensive. I know you can use a browser with a dreamcast (I play ######## Star Online) to no pay the communicatios. But I don't know if the browser of the USA works with dreamcast of Europ and if he needs a boot or a cd likes this. Please help me, it's important!!!

The US browser does work in europe. Version 2.6 of the browser does not need a bootdisc. Simply sign up for a new account and enter your own ISP details - username, password, phone number, IP address of DNS servers etc

Le browser des USA fonctionne en Europe. La version 2,6 du browser n'a pas besoin d'un bootdisc. Signez simplement vers le haut pour un nouveau compte et écrivez vos propres détails d'cIsp - username, mot de passe, numéro de téléphone, IP ADDRESS des serveurs etc.. de DNS

But the problem is : I don't know where the cd must be (in the dream or the PC). The second problem is: if it's in the computer I must put the cd , I need the cable for link to the dreamcast, no?
