F*ck! Had to spend 5 minutes downloading 282mb of patch just to compare a 3mb file :)

Looks clean like you say, Avast found no trojans or a suspicious file and only 2 bytes patched compared to the original, but does it work? Guess someone with COD4 and patch 1.6 who does lan will tell us!
