Cant Backup cause Track Is Less Than 4 sec Long

What Should i do i tried making a backup of a backup but it says it cant copy the track because its less than 4 seconds. I read something about adding somethign to that track to make it a little bit longer. how can i do that. if you would like please email me at Recon180********com , your help is really appreciated. thanks a lot.

you might try getting the tracks individually and replacing the short one with a 4 or 5 second blank track...

how do i fins out which is the track that takes ess than four seconds. and how do i make one that takes 5 seconds. thanks for your help.
