Does anyone know how to change isp`s on a dreamcast, or where i can find a guide on how to do this?
apologies if youve heard this a thousand times before :)

Try opening it up and disconnecting the cord at the side... the big one ... i dont have a picture or anything so just disconnect and recconect any cable inside that you think would carry power... itll reset the initernal memory so that its like when you bought it... then you can set it up with another isp

well for starters, you can just change it. if you want to open up your dreamcast cuz its fun, go for it. take off the four screws at the bottom, pull off the top (opposite of bottom) and look for controller port motherboard (by the controller ports) its connected to rest of dreamcast motherboard (by the rest of the dreamcast) by a few wires with a connector on the end of it. unplug it and plug it into this spot on the board that looks exactly like the placed you pulled it out of (coincidince?) and put the top back on your dc (top goes on top, bottom goes on bottom) turn on your dc and your memory is now cleared.. but like i said before, just put in the browser disk and hit setup

Well if u want to change to sega net and have an old browser, its not too easy
