Thease cheats not work in Campaign mode.I found original post in oficial game forum here:

In your game.prefs file add the following table:
debug = {
enable_debug_facilities = true
}
For the Demo version believe game.prefs can be found in (those files ar hiden use Tools\Folder Options\View in you windows explorer to unhie hiden files and folders):
C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Application Data\Gas Powered Games\SupremeCommanderDemo\Game.prefs
Where {username} is your username. The final release version should be something very similar - probably substitute SupremeCommander for SupremeCommanderDemo.
Bring console with ~ key ant type one of commands.
A list of commands:
Teleport Selected Units [ alt ] + [ T ] Teleports the selected units for the position of the pointer of mouse.
BlingBling [ Strg ] + [ alto ] + [ B ] Increases your storage capacity for all raw materials by 10000 and fills your camps completely.
SallyShears [ Strg ] + [ alto ] + [ Z ] The complete map uncovers; repeated entering waives this again.
Nodamage [ alto ] + [ N ] All units cause no more damage; repeated entering waives this again.
KillAll - All units and building on the map kills; Death animation/explosion happens
DestroyAll - All units and building on the map kills; Death animation/explosion does not happen.
KillSelectedUnits - The selected unit/buildings kill; Death animation/explosion happens
Destroy SelectedUnits [ Strg ] + [ distance. ] The selected unit/buildings kill; Death animation/explosion does not happen
Show act [ F7 ] Show/hides extra information at the left edge of screen
PopupCreatUnitMenu [ alto ] + [ F2 ] A window opens for the erschaffung of units. At the left side of the window one selects a category, then one clicks on the desired unit; it appears in the center of the screen.
SetFocusArmyPlayer - One takes over control of another player, this can however also its units steer. One loses control of the own units. For a number between -1 and +7 can be used; stands for -1 for spectators; 0 for players 1, 1 for player 2 etc..
Sim_gravity - The gravitation changes, as can the numbers 0 - at will be used; the normal value is 4,9.
SetArmyColor - Changes the color of the player, example of use: setarmycolor Florian 122,145 0
DamageUnit - Gewaehletn to the unit damage causes, a minus value heals it.
ai_freebuild - Units and buildings are built immediately, finished immediately research; applies also to the opponent
ai_instabuild - Units, buildings and research do not cost anything; applies also to the opponent
RenameUnit - Gives a certain name to the selected unit; Application ex.: RenameUnit franc
IN_BindKey - Assigns a console instruction to a key; Example of use: IN_BindKey [ alto ] + [ K ] KillSelectedUnits
IN_DumpKeyNames - Shows all key allocations
WLD_gamespeed - Thus one can change the play speed, for a whole number from -10 to +10 use
WLD_resetsimrate - The play speed sets for value to 0 zurueck(also normally)
WLD_increasesimrate [ + ] Increases the play speed by 1
WLD_decreasesimrate [ - ] Reduces the play speed by 1
Quit - That leaves constantly play and decreases/goes back to the main menue
Exit - The play leaves and returns to Windows
