Is it possible to rip DC games and make ISOs

I heard from some site that you could do this but they didn't know how.
Is it possible to rip a GD-ROM or are they protected?
Is a special program needed?
If anyone knows please help-either way (possible or not) just so i know

obviously the site that you were at was a stupid site, you rip with a serial cable from dc to pc, specs for it are all over the web and even somewhere on this forum, you can make the cable or you can buy it
search the forum it has been replied many times before,

Yes this site is quite foolish, there are a number of ways to rip games or just download them... I reccomend the serial cable, its not too hard butomethin tells me you wont be up to it when you find out how...it takes a little while...Are they protected? puh
Did you try putting it in your computer or were you afraid cuz in the manual it says it 'may cause permanent damage, dont use in any other game cd player, dvd player, or game platform"
