Is NBA2007 working for you with your original disc without crack?

Read the forum FAQ, especially entries IV/2 and IV/4. (You might want to start with upgrading DirectX...)

(Well, then wrong forum, moved.)
Yes, upgrade DirectX. Again, see the FAQ why the version number 9.0c has no real meaning anymore...

The forum FAQ is quite long and has a lot more ideas than just updating DirectX! Have you tried them all? If so, your final option is contacting the publisher for help.
[Edit] If you're saying that it's quite hard to download the latest DirectX from Micro$oft, you're right. I wonder how those goddamnfuckin' idiots are planning to beat Google in the game of web search engines when you just can't find anything easily on their stupid own site! Here's a direct download URL for you (took me like five minutes to find, GRRR!): http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=a1788990-5e11-4ae2-b5e7-cc576822aed4. This is a full, so-called "monolithic", download that has all components inside the package and, therefore, needs no Internet access during the installation.

Okay. Then, as I wrote, continue reading the FAQ.
install the latest directX and download the crack at ******************.com
or try checking your video card..maybe u have an GeForce MX or 64MBbelow video card..did u read the README? MX and 64MBbelow video card is not supported in NBALIVE2007..specially the onboard video card..i think it is your video card that cause the problem..

No,it's not working without the crack...Upgrade directX?I have 9.0c
not working without the crack -> contact the game publisher tech support for help... issue is not crack related.. wonder how everyone overlooked that..
issues getting direct x from microsoft, really could only be
1. bad connection
2. non genuine windows (if your windows is not legit, you can't get the new versions)
in the case of either of the above, directx might be included on the cd/dvd of the game, try checking (and installing from there if its available)..

@TippeX: That monolithic DirectX download is available without any GWA/WPA/whatever bullshit... ;) But you're absolutely right: game distributions almost always contain the system components - DirectX, video codec, Adobe Acrobat Reader etc. - necessary for properly running the game or reading the manual etc.
