WHAT SHOULD I GET!!!!!

Hey,

I am wondering which to buy a PS2 or the up coming XBOX. I know for Ps2 we can burn the games but if i get a DVD RAM then would i still need my original to boot up the backup. Cuase if it is easy to backup PS2 games then i'll get PS2 for sure.

If you've got a fastish PC with a Voodoo type card you've got an XBOX!

PS2 games on CD are copied 1:1 by CloneCD. DVD games are copied 1:1 by PrimoDVD and don't need the original to boot with the NEO2.2 modchip.

Obviously you guy's havent played a XBOX! Comparing it to a home PC is like comparing a volkswagon to a porsche. Excellent, smooth, crisp graphics. internet ready, Awesome games, sony finally has some competition!:)

Yeah, you're right! The XBox IS a volkswagon and the PC is a porsche. But still, a good reason to choose your game system is mostly the games released or future releases for that system.

actually the XBOX beats the ps2 by a mile i have played a Xbox for quite some time know loading times are less than 7 sec and some times no loading time at all the only thing it suffers from is a lack of good games which it shouldn't lack for long

History has shown that it's games that win the console wars, not specs. Ps2 is way ahead in that regard but only time will tell.

Quite clearly the PS2 is the mother of games consoles. Sony has loads of experience in the game console market and I reckon they know what they are doing :)

Xbox ain't out of the picture yet sony first games for psx where not that good eitheir and doctor B was right the games make the console and the hardware does to the xbox basicly needs more game which it should get some more good ones later one good game is mc collin rally 3 for Xbox the graphics are amazing and the control is said to be perfect check it out on xbox.ign.com' ;D

Well i got a XBOX and DOA3, Halo and NFL fever 2001 are impressive. I will always be a PSX, PS2 fan, i have about 300 PSX titles and about 58 PS2 games so needless to say i am not about to abandon sony but i do believe XBOX is here to stay.:)

their is rumor that some Xbox coders in Usa have started to work on playing divx on Xbox and they said they have almost got it done but this is probally a Lie But I thought why not
