is there a patch available to make the first max payne compatible for win xp?

Do you get an error message or it crashes? Have you tried it on another PC (with Windows XP)? Have you searched for this problem on the official game support forum or asked the publisher about it? Is there no official update that would make the game compatible with Windows XP?
