hi i made this myself...
1) Create a temp dir in your hard-disk. Name it whatever you want.
2) Copy all the contents of your Civilization 4 dvd to this temp folder
3) Create a folder inside your temp dir.. name it 'Warlords'.
4) Copy all the contents of your Warlords cd to this temp folder..
5) download my custom installer HERE (http://rapidshare.de/files/29223400/civ4warlords_samfisher.rar.html). extract rar file into your temp folder. Overwrite any files when prompted.
6) Now you'll find a folder named "CRACKS" in your temp folder. There is two folders inside this folder: "CIV4" , "WARLORDS". Copy your civilization 4 crack into "CIV4" folder and warlords crack into "WARLORDS" folder.
7) Burn all contents in your temp folder with any label you want.
