Got cable and dreamrip - what next?

Right, I've ordered the DC Coders cable from http://www.lik-sang.com/ and downloaded the Dreamrip prog, so what do I need to complete my ripping kit?

Request on advice on burning rips to follow.

yeah get the toolkit. makes your life much easier not having to find all the crap. it has terraterm, dreamrip and the auto accept file macro, cd-record with a little dreamcast gui to make life easier, and marcus' serial slave in a discjuggler 3 format so you don't have to make one manually. i suggest you look for small games to rip, so you don't have to go through the hassle of cutting stuff out. i did proskater2 (802 megs) and just found the smallest movie (walkthrough of custom skatepark, 4 megs) and renamed it and copied over a bunch of the skater movies ( i never watch them anyway) and made it like 620.
