help with cannon spike

ive downloaded this and c vs snk and neither will burn :(, dj comes up with a servo failure error,please help i spent ages dwnloading :(

what settings are you using especially in the advanced tab, what is your burner, what version of dj ,
i really think it is your settings
also is the image a .cdi

be more specific if you want help

thx 4 helping webber,i have a yamaha 8x8x24 ive tried dj2 and 3 and i just tried burning with the default settings,it always worked before.with dj2xx it sais starting track 1 then sais illegal mode for this track or invalid packet size. :( as for dj 3 i`m not quite sure how to use it ,as these are cdi files thx again
