flashing in tv screen for cnn release

I could hear every good sound
but the screen of game is just flashing on tv
only this game has problem
I use teac cdr and memorax cd .
Is it the problem of CD or what?

yeah that happens to me when i try it on a new tv its ok but if i try them on a old tv its shit :)

I'm assuming your using a pal tv. While a new TV would most likely cure the problem unless of course it's a really cheap one, there is a much cheaper option. A DC PAL Booster a nifty little box of tricks that converts a NTSC 60MHz signal to a PAL 50Mhz one. You can order one from http://www.lik-sang.com . If your in the UK you'll want the PAL-I version.
