RED FLASHING LINE AT TOP OF TV

When playing certain games, I get a flashing red line at the top of the tv...... Anyone got any ideas what this is, and ways to solve it........ :(

Just out of curiosity is u're machine chipped?

If not then is it only happening when u play usa/jap games?

If so then u're tv doesn't support 60hz properly!
