Burning a bin/cue [Archive]

Could some one just quickly tell me what program to burn bin/cue files with. All i need is a name of a program. not where to get it just the name.

you could either use cdr-win or win on cd the latter being a bigger dd

I was curious if you knew where to get a tutorial for burning these games. I have the DC Web Browser 2.0 in .bin/.cue what do i do. do i need to make my own dummy file? Thank You
