rock manager error

hi,
i'm new around here so sorry if this has been asked before, but i've tried a search and found nothing.
anyways, i can't play the game Rock Manager 'cause it gives an "Visual C++ Runtime Error" everytime after the game's intro. i've applied no-cd patch, installed some codecs (indeo) but nothing changed.

can anyone help please?

Visual C++ Runtime errors are common when the videocard is not supported Not saying is that but could be a possibilty
