If you've read the front page of x-scene then you have probably read the article about this.
There is a utility that you download from http://www.360gamesaves.com/. It is called Xplorer360 and will allow you to browse, read, and write to the x360 HDD using your computer.
Since the x360 drive is serial-ata, you must either have a serial controller on your PC mobo to connect the 360's HDD to you PC, or you can probably purchase a USB HDD Bay for 2.5" serial drives.
