Auto insert notification

What does this function do? As I have been told that it's best if u turn it off when copying Dc games!

Right in My Computer icon, go to properties, select device manager, click the plus on the CD Rom, then on properties, then settings, uncheck Auto insert notification. If you have more than one cdrom, do the same to the others. If you do this correctly, when you use DissJuggler, it won freeze. That's the reason why I uncheck it. In my situation.
