ok, this thing with d2music.mpq works.. if you copy it, then the fixed exe works like a nocd. but how is it possible to put D2 and LOD on one disc?? the installation of the games works only if the files are in the root directory of the DVD and i can't put all the files of D2 and LOD in the root dir, because they partially have the same names (setup.exe, install.exe, setup.mpq).

Andy, this is what I did, and it works perfectly. First, create a main folder (e.g. Diablo Collection). Directly inside this folder, put all the CD contents of LOD. As for diablo2, diablo, and hellfire - put them in their own respective folder, inside the main folder. So if you open the main folder, you will see diablo2 folder, diablo folder, hellfire folder, and many LOD individual files. I then used AutoPlay Menu Builder to create the autorun. Of course you can use the great guide here or other autorun builders. I have tested this and it works 100%. You can also add other folders, e.g. MODS, etc. As always, try it first on a DVD-RW. Let me know.
