Copy the contents of CD1 to a dir. Copy data3.cab only from CD2 to the same dir.
Add your crack and anything else you wish, if you want to make the installer copy the crack over replace the settlershok.exe in Setup\bin (Make sure to keep a copy of the untouched exe). Make an image or burn with your favourite app taking notice of below.
**In testing here I was using the Reloaded Crack and the disc must be called "SHOK_EN_NL_CD1" without quotes. If any other name is used it will always ask for the CD. Nice enough of Ubisoft to add a label to the autorun.inf so the disc will be named The Settlers when mounted/inserted.
**Update there is now a No-CD crack at GCW so you can now call the disc anything you like if using this crack.
