*Make a directory on your harddrive and copy all the files from cd 1 to it
*Copy only the cd 2 directory and data3.cab on CD2 to the root of the directory you created
*Copy across the patch and nocd crack
*Burn (I gave the dvd any label and it worked) and play
** I tested it by doing a full install then applying the crack, worked fine.
****I also used the same technique in Icewind Dale 2 for and Baldurs Gate 2 (copying over all the files from the cds onto a directory without overwriting any existing ones). My guess is that all the games which use the infinity engine have the same installation procedure so it should work just fine :)
***Update***
The same technique works for Baldurs Gate 1 and IceWind Dale 1, however they ask for you to point to the directory on the dvd when installing :( Wierd how it does it with the old games but not the new ones... If someone can look into this, that would be great!
