1) Copy the contents of CD1 into a directory. Copy the contents of CD2 and CD3 into the same directory without overwriting any files.
2) Get the no-cd/fixed image of GameCopyWorld and put it onto the DVD, preferably in it's own folder.
3) Open up Vampire - The Masquerade Bloodlines.msi with Orca, go to the tab named Media and change all VolumeLabels to what-ever you will be naming the DVD.
4) Burn the files to a DVD-R or create an image, and name it to what-ever you put under VolumeLabel in the Media tab.
To start the game mount the no-cd/fixed image. This may be possible by creating 2 Virtual Clone Drives where you mount the DVD on the first. And the no-cd/fixed image which is located on the DVD on the second.
Ofcourse after having burned the DVD only one is required, where you mount the image from the DVD you inserted into your DVD-rom. But still, putting this file onto your HD is the easiest way.
Much easier will be to copy the image onto your HD and mount it from there.
