First download the program Orca and install.
Copy all the contents from CD1 to a new temparary folder on your computer.
Copy all of the contents from CD2 except autorun.inf and autorun.exe to the same directory as CD1.
To keep the directory structure, when asked if you would like to replace exiting files, click yes. (You will not actually be replacing any files)
Copy all of the contents from CD3 except autorun.inf and autorun.exe to the same directory as CD1. Again say yes to replacing any files.

Right click the 'Full Spectrum Warrior.msi' in the temp folder and click edit with Orca.
To the left is a list of contents. Select the media tab which will display some contents to the right.

You want to change all the entries under DiskPrompt so that it says 1 and all the entries under VolumeLabel so that it says FSW_DVD.

Save the changes made. File->Save.
Create a new folder in the temp directory for a no-cd crack + update patches and call it what ever you want.
Now burn the contents of the temp folder to a DVD with the volume label "FSW_DVD" without quotes.

Does this also works for Full Spectrum Warrior 2?
Apart from the fact that the second has 4 CDs.
Thx.

@Peise78
Orca can be found at cd-2-dvd.com (http://www.cd-2-dvd.com/modules.php?name=cd2dvd&func=PoemView&poemid=384).
On the homepage click on the 'Downloads' link (top left hand corner of cd-2-dvd.com homepage), then on the next page click on the 'Tools' link.

You should also read the Fileforums CD2DVD Game Index (http://fileforums.com/showthread.php?t=74084) properly as the link can also be found there! ;)
