I am using disc juggler to burn cdi images but it wants to go two sessions instead of one.
Is there a setting to make one session ?
I have tried a lot of different ways and keep getting audio disc instead of my dreamcast game.

Try using CDI2NERO to convert the CDI image to a Nero one and then burn it using Nero. I burned Shenmue Disk 3 and NFL2k1 from the cdi and ended up with 2 audio discs as far as the DC was concerned. I converted the images to Nero re-burned them and they both worked fine !
