I ask all talented coders out there, who are not afraid of the chellenge, could you be so kind to create a trainer for this game? Please!!!!!!!!!!! Game has problems with AI and the trainer may fix the balance a bit or at least help beating the final level...
I ask a stupid DirtyCheater, how difficult is it to post this in the correct forum?

Well, this trainer works.... but I"m stuck on the campain, Yavin 4... The time keeps running out, and I just don't see how its possible to pass this level...
Any suggestions, or does anyone know of a trainer that can stop the timer or slow it down?

As far as I know thats the only trainer available right now. It has a bug in the inf ammo coding as well so Ill be taking it down for a few hours till I can get home to fix it.
Ill see about adding a freeze timer button while Im at it but no promises.

I was able to pass the level finally, thanks to your Infinate speed option... others may find it usefull though, as I barely made it with about 4 seconds left!

First off all, great job! Glad to hear it that someone made a trainer for this game.:D
Second off all, i don't know about the other people, but i can't download the trainer by the link you gave, unless your still working on it off course.:p
And one more thing, do you think that you can give more credits in the galactic conquest? It's just that i always loose in the battles and then i don't have the credits to buy more units to help me out. I guess it shouldnt be too hard. For example you can put instead of winning 300 credits we can click on a option on the trainer and then we can win, i dont know, 10000 credits for example.:)
Yeah I took it down so people wont use it with the buggy inf ammo code.
Its nothing serious just the enemys are able to spam rockets at you.
If you want to use it anyways till I get it fixed you can get it at www.nosguild.org/bf2plus4trainer.rar.bak just delete the .bak from the file name.
When I get it fixed the original link will become active again.
Thanks for the idea on another option to add as well Ill check that out.

Perhaps maybe see if a "No Overheat" and Unlimited Secondary weapon addition is possible as well?
Yeah I was already planning on doing those.
Tried twice to get a lock on the overheating gauge but couldnt find the right DMA address. I intend to see if third times the charm in a few hours.

Can it be done to put all the medals in the Legendary mode you know(Gunslinger, Endurance, Guardian,etc) to put all this in the Legendary mode and get the special weapons right in the begining of the game.:D
I know, this probably will ruin the fun of the game, but i thought i give my idea.:p
All the medals would take some doing since theyre all stored in seperate registers.
I dont think Ill be doing that one should leave a few things for the pros to do hehe.

So your trainer is going to have Inf Health; Inf Ammo; Inf Jet Pack; Inf Sprint; No Overheating and Inf Credits(galactic conquest, probably:D ) right?
And infinite secondary weapon (grenades, etc) and freeze timer.
That is if I feel that energetic, I know some of them are going to be real pains so I dunno whats going to be in the end product but thats everything so far I intend to take a shot at (no pun intended).

Well, the credits probably could be a "luxuous" option, but yeah thats very good.;)
About the bugs you were talking about, i tried the link you gave me and tested the trainer and i had absolutly no problems.:D All options seems to work just fine.:) I guess thats half way walked hehe.:D
Well another person who tried it said the enemy NPCs could fire rockets without reloading as well as you can and I thought I noticed the same thing. I know I was running out of troops faster than usual fighting droids. But to each his own.. some people have told me it makes the game more exciting others say they havent noticed a difference in the enemy npcs so *shrug* Ill double check just to make sure and work on some more options in an hour or so.

But at least i can tell you i played about 12 times(12 missions) and it work just perfect.:D But if people are having problems maybe is a good idea to double check. Good job by the way, i don't know if i mentioned.:)

The regular Star Wars: Battlefront had that problem too (NPCs 'spamming' missiles although I was playing the PS2 version then). The only problems the Infinite Ammo creates is that in some levels, like the first Naboo level in the campaign, it's basically nothing but laser bolts all across the map. And the enemies don't spam missiles at you that much.
The only thing that irks me with Infinite Health is that you can still be killed by missiles, or sometimes for some reason you can just be killed regularly. That, and it doesn't seem to apply to Starfighters. Maybe an infinite health for starfighters is needed? I dunno.
Oh well. On behalf of those of us who are playing the PC version of BFII, I thank ye Fraya ^_^
Ok after 2 1/2 hours of scratching my head wondering why it was crashing the game I found where the sneaky bastiches had put a test routine in the assembly language.
So the inf ammo is fixed.. and not only fixed I improved it a bit. It now gives you unlimited ammo, no reload AND infinite secondary weapons like grenades.

Still working on the jetpack fix then Ill start adding more functions.
Ok added another fix.. inf life is now immune to grenades at least probably rockets too havent fully tested.

For some reason my game will just crash with no messages everytime I run the trainer :(

Same. Was just about to raise that problem. The game will close out with no error messages after using the trainer, after you press the "resume" or "spawn" button of course.

Just did some testing - it's the new Unlimited Ammo code which is making the game close out suddenly.

Well Ive only tested it on the full dvd version your milage may vary if your using a no cd exe.
And I think the copy on GCW is the version with the crash to desktop issues I cant check it till I get home.

The trainer is great, everything works fine.:) To clarify things, the one that is on GameCopyWorld is the buggy version. The right one is on a link that Fraya gave a few pages behind (page 2 i believe).:)
The only thing that is missing is the "No Overheating" and off course "No vehicle kill":D
And by the way, are you going to put the give more credits option(only available in galactic conquest)? I really miss that.:p

I think I have an idea why the dma address is being hard to find for overheating.
Man, I have a little one too and having the time to play without a trainer never happens. This trainer is awesome and you beat all the major players. Thanks again for the hard work. I look forward to the space invincible mode. That will be sweet. Look forward to your next post.

I know that this is probably the wrong place to ask this, but, how can i get a medal for the "Demolition" class? I tried to do what was ask there but i just cant figure it out. I have Legendary mode for all classes except for this one.:p Can anyone help me?

Excellent work! And yes, characters are now invincible to explosives as well. An added boost to the Infinite Ammo code is that with vehicles like the A-Wing and TIE Bomber, there's no "reload" for your missiles and bombs. You can basically fire off as many as you want, as fast as you want, for as long as you wish. As Vader would put it, "Impressive....most impressive..."
Let's see...so basically all that's needed now is Never Overheat, Invincible Vehicles, and Max/Unlimited Credits for Galactic Conquest. There is, however, one thing which I wish could be done, but I doubt that it would be possible (Rapid Fire weapons...basically would reduce the cooldown between your shots fired to 0, I.E. Shotguns would fire whenever you click the mouse - essentially enabling you to have rapid-fire shotguns and the like). Wishful thinking.
Well, the original trainer works well... I haven't yet tried newest one, and from the looks of it will wait a little until its pimped...
But the unlimited speed function has helped a bunch! A+

Yeah I couldnt find one so I started making one.. thats how this all got started.
As for the other functions yall wanted theyre really really hard.. Id basically have to go through the asm line by line for the whole routine (which of course is spread out all over the place). I tried for 9 hours today but I think Im going to just give up and play the game for a change.. been working on this for a week.
New version up basically I just made it pretty.
You made the campaign passable anyways... the infinate run works for the Yavin 4 space battle that is otherwise impassable... I tied taking over the command post on the other ship, but it just won't let you, so I had given up until this trainer came out...
I don't know how this game passed beta testing, but that level is near impossible without a cheat or trainer!

If a trainer has been built with TMK or any other similar programs, it falsely reports that a keyhook trojan is used. It is not, just the coding is similar for the trainer to detect key presses so it knows which option to use.
This is a known problem.
I have tried both versions and Fraya blows PiZZA's away. I could not get all the funtions that Pizza bosts to work. Yeah you get infinite ammo and stamina but get killed when you are shot as well. Everything that Fraya says his trainer does, the trainer does without fail each time I use it. Congrats to Fraya for besting the pro's. Keep up the good work and if you get infinite ship energy please post.

Fraya's works great. It must be your system. I have used it mult. times without a problem. The one from Pizza partially works. Some features work some don't.
At least someone outside the scene without a whole crew to assist them beating them to the punch got them to build one.. and both trainers can be used at the same time if you prefer the functions on one over the other.

Hey Fraya are you going to work on the last three options left("No Overheating", "No Vehicle Kill(normal vehicles and space vehicles" and "Unlimited credits(galactic conquest only)")?
Because that's the only thing missing in your trainer.:p
Well I might try finding the no overheating and ship hp again but the credits Im not sure about.. need to brush up on my asm for that since its all shifting offsets and registers modifying each other.
I might give it one last try but no promises.. got a lot of things to do today.

can you tell me whats not working please , i am also in touch with the author of the trainer quite often, so i know this file was tested before it was release to the GP,so some info would be great

The only thing that I found that did work was the one hit kill and the infinite ship energy. I am running Fraya's and Pizza's at the same time for all the effects.
Props must go to Fraya for his fine trainer. The front end looks great and the most important thing is... ALL THE FEATURES WORK. I hope Fraya is able to incorporate the infinite ship energy into his trainer. Then there will be no need for any other trainer.:cool

Well the version thats up on gamecopyworld was made in trainer maker kit which is known for tripping false alarms in norton with the helper file it uses to hook hotkey presses.
The final version was made with game trainer studio I dunno if it has the same problem.

For the starting point
Tsearch is a great proggy,but it has its limits ,its starting to fail on a number of games as regards addy searching
Cheat Engine 5.0 is another great proggy ,you can get them both on my site but this also has its limits
now if you really wanna dig deep (once you find the initial value for a search engine such as the above ) use softice , its an amazing tool and i would not be without it
i have a c++ template created by nanbot2k a long while back
which takes care of the basic trainer engine ,i have put it up for grabs on my site now titled C++ Trainer Template By: Nanobot2k

Yeah the offsets are different for the CD version. Unfortunately I dont have a copy of the cd version to find out what modifications the trainer would need.

Never had to make the interface myself Id just figure out working coding and pass it on to the artistic types =P
And I used a combination of tsearch and softice to find the values for tmk.

I found it and it was something like 4 times the actual value.
You can edit the memory location directly to modify the amount of credits. The reason I didnt make a trainer is because I couldnt figure out the proper way to modify the registers its all inc's, weird math, shifting values from one register to another and movzx's.
I should probably get back to work on it this game poses a lot of interesting challenges that will be useful to figure out for future reference.
What was the bytes you used Fraya Was it 1 or 2 or 4 or 8 or Float or Double

So thats why I couldn't find the credits. I figured out that it wasn't the exact value that it shows in the game, but thx for that tip anyway. I might actually make a trainer for this game just for fun, even though yours is already around.

Game uses DMA, the adress would be different if he sent it to you, he would need to use a pointer to have the adress of the value (I assume your talking about credits here.)
The only adress that wouldn't change might be an adress that modifies the credits adress, but game makers now are haveing that move as well. Then you would need to find the base pointer to the dll file (in games like Quake 4 for example or Doom 3), and thats not fun (just time consuming, since the process is rather easy).

Ok Ill throw ya a bone.
This game makes use of routines that cycle the memory values when the game is alt tabbed.
You cant find the value because the value of the proper memory location is constantly changing while the game is minimized then goes back to normal when the game is active again.
I used a program called anti-alt-tab to freeze the game process when I pressed a key so I could run a search without the game knowing it was minimized.

because i have 2 PCS And i might be able to find the value doing that if it works like that

I have been looking for a CD-2-DVD converter. The only ones were for a specific game. Do I have to wait for a Battlefront II file before I can convert?

Is somebody working on another trainer for Battlefront II? The latest trainers will not work with my CD version. When I activate them, during gameplay, the game crashes to the desktop. I do not have to worry about a CD-2-DVD converter anymore.

A version 1.1 trainer would be much appriciated, too :D. I wish I knew how to make trainers...i got tsearch and trainer maker 1.5 and was all set to make one, and sat down and said "huh?" Id just go back to version 1.0, but 1.1 has the support for new maps. Anything you guys can give me would be much appriciated!

Put the file into the list of exceptions. (Or uninstall Symantec/Norton Antivirus and use a decent virus scanner: NOD32, Kaspersky or AVG instead.)

Hello everyone, I'm sorry for reviving this old topic but I really want to make my own trainer for BF2.
Now, I even failed to find the ammo value. I did manage to find the adress for the health bar and froze it but when I got back in-game the bar was very long exceeding its limits. I tried with anti-alt-tab and failed too.
Fraya or anybody else who knows how to train BF2:
What type(2 bytes, float, double, etc) or search(unknown, exact value or range) did you use to search for:
-Ammo
-Health
-Energy
-Secondary Ammo
-and other things
And exactly what programs do you use?

Been a while, and I might want to get back into some BF2 action.

So here goes...
Searching for a way to get past the bookcases in the Jedi Temple during "Knightfall", I kept hearing about this "Fraya" Trainer.
Listen, I'm new to this stuff (and to this board).
I have the DVD-ROM version of Star Wars: Battlefront 2.
How do I use a Trainer?
Can I just download Fraya's Trainer, open it after starting up the game and use it? Or do I need other stuff as well?
^Like Delafoo, I too am wondering if Fraya can post his final BF2 trainer.
I was doing fine in the Campaign mode...until I reached Tantive IV.
90% of my men get slaughtered when that door first opens because the Rebels use detonators right away (and keep using them). The Rebels just keep on coming (yes, I know they are infinite in number) no matter how many I kill (and I kill a good number of them)! Playing as Darth Vader only gets me far enough to search for Leia (then he leaves/"dies"). I get all the way to almost killing Leia (about 90% by using the bazooka wielding trooper) and then those storming Rebels gun me down.
I could really use infinite health!
The PC version of BF2 could've really used cheats more than the console versions. Heck, any codebreaker or action replay could've given console players cheats instead of having the game-makers include them.
Help me, Folks; you're my only hope.
Well, I can post a non updated trainer. It sucks cause thats the onlly way you can beat this game on the PC. It'lll give you infinate stamina, no gun overheating and infinate ammo... all the things that end up killing you :)

Are you saying that without infinite stamina, ammo, and non overheat, this game is impossible? Or are you saying that even with these cheats it's still impossible?
I think the game can be completed with infinite health alone.
Is there a good & safe trainer out right now that has inf. health?
Does Fraya's latest trainer have it?

Sorry I haven't been paying attention to this thread.
Yes the website I was using to upload trainers got shut down because of things turning sour between me and the guild it was made for so I stopped paying for it.
I think the version at GCW is the latest but its been a while.

hy all, im new here.
i know maybe that is crasy to write a new post in this old thread.
I already read all this posts and test all tips and trainers. But the problem i´ve is alredy the same. Tested all traines (inclusive Fraya´s) i already get crashes back to desktop.
Is it possible that the trainers are country specificated? Don´t here anytime of those.
But all of you wrote, that the trainer of Fraya work? do i have the wrong one? The info sad its for v1.1 but i read that Fraya worked on many Versions.
Hope someone can help me to find the problem, fix it, give a tip or tell me where i can get a working version.

and where can i get the trainer because the one from gamecopyworld isn's the latest one i think bacause it dosn't work properly.
