Making Iso data [Archive]

I want to patch my pes4 ps2 pal and before i can do so i need to make an iso data from my pes4 dvd and i don't really know what that is and how to do it. can anyone please help me?

I don't have a PS2, but as far as i know you can use DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 (http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd_decrypter.cfm) to make a ISO-File from you DVD.

well you can do it with dvd decrypter as GLH said or with alcohol...tell esomething...why would you like to patch the iso?

Probably to either change the video region, update the team rosters or change the language files... :)
