I know some guy
And hes booting Hard Disk Loader without CD-DVD and Without MC :eek:

How can he do this

He has got Network Adapter And 60 or 80 GB HDD ( i'm not sure )

Will it's possible

Go to www.infinitymod.com/matrix (http://www.infinitymod.com/matrix) and go to the Software Downloads Section

Now, find the Dev2 Installer Download

Next, get hold of a legal HDLoader ELF file from the internet (I can never remember the site where this is).

Next, follow the instructions in the zip to build your DEV2 Compatible CD.

Boot the CD in the PS2 as normal. When it opens up, it will prompt you to press Start to install the ELF to the Hard Disk.

Next, when that has finished, restart the PS2 and hold the Triangle and Circle buttons together when the 'Matrix' logo shows on screen.

Now, find the option which reads 'Default Boot Mode' (or something similar), which at the moment will read 'Auto.' Change this to 'DEV2'. Press start to save the settings. When you get the 'Setting Saved, press Reset', press reset, remove any discs from the PS2 tray and hit reset once more.

You should find that HDLoader (or any .ELF file you choose) will now boot up by default. :)
