Counter Strike Source rare textures on th walls

I have been downloaing some unofficial maps for CS Source but the textures on the walls looks like this

That black and pink frames looks horrible like if a psycho programer designed the textures

The official maps looks fine

if there any way to correct this?

I think there are some texture files missing.
