Problem with Pc game Fantastic Four

When i play the hospital level with Mr Fantastic .. i get stuck in the second room where i'm supposed to kill the security robots but he gets stuck and i can't play any further !

I guess this could be a bad crack ?

Anyone with the same problem that figured out the problem ?

Does this happen with the original disc and EXE?

If it does then you'll have to seek help from the publisher.
