How to get a boot up disk working??????!!!!!!!!

Hi, i have been trying to make a utopia boot up disk but when i have burnt the image with diskjuggler 3 and then put it in the DC it just goes to the OS screen (the one with the settings and file manager) I have no clue why because i am using all of the right stuff.

More info:
-Using a Samsung CDRW disk-
-Not changng the advaced settings-
-Using LG CED-8083B CDRW Drive-
-Diskjuggler 3-
-Utopia 1.1-

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I NEED THIS DISK!!
