No Disc Spin v9 silver

Hi All

I have just modded a v9 silver with DUO 2 se and the romeo mod. It worked fine on the first 2 disc tests but on the 3rd disc it didn't spin and now no longer spins at all, I have checked all the solder points and all seems ok, any ideas ? Please.

OK, I have been fiddling and it seems that if I spin the disc myself then it works fine. Any ideas, it seems as though there is not enough power to get the disc to initially spin up??????
