Which is the Best DL DVD Writer

I want to buy a Dual Layer DVD writer. Any recommendations. One that isn't restricted (ie only to DVD-R or only does DVD5, can do PTP...etc)

I think the new Pioneer AO9 and the new Sony burners can do PTP. But you will need media that isnt currently out yet to do it. No telling if or when it will indeed be out.
