NBA2K1 fix, help with mkisofs please

Got to stage 8 of the .nfo but unable to make all the data back into .iso.
Nfo says enter --> mkisofs -C 0,0 -l -V NBA2K1_ECHELON -o session1.iso NBA2K1 but that doesn't work, so can anybody explain correct command or tell me where to find any help for using mkisofs.....this is my first time :(
