after much reading i still have discjuggler problems

ok, heres what is going on... im runnin discjugg2x and ive burned many good burns before with no problems whatso-ever.now its just seemed to have ceased to work.. basically i put a cd in and load the image file (tried multiple games) and used all the settings that big papa said. it starts to fill the buffer up and then it just drops to 0% and sits there with the burn and read lights on the drive.. after about 5 minutes i get a:
(cdb: 2a0000002db4000010000, status; 04002, sense: 052100) buffer under-run

so i did some reading on here and did all that was recommended.
i scanned both hardrives, defragged both hardrives. the temp drive has 1.5gig of free space and the extra has a little under a gig free. i updated my ASPI's to the latest version available from adaptec. my burner is a 8250i HP. ive tried different media as well as other games. ive reinstalled discjuggler. ive tried to convert to cdrwin format but it doesnt write the correct cue file and cdrwin wont let me enable open new session even though i know this thing supports it. ive also turned read ahead access on the hardrives off as recommended as well as autoinsert is off. im totally clueless as to why this would suddenly stop working and after spending the whole day trying all the suggestions here and other places on the web im stumped..

first off, what game are you trying to burn? (Can't remember if you've mentioned it)

second what games have you previously burnt with dj?

i ask these because i was able to burn ufc and sega gt, but then when i tried silent scope i got the buffer under-run message, so after lots of reading its to do with some burners not supporting multi-session games, so you have to use cdi2nero
